I'm the one who keeps pulling the thread until the problem gives up. By day that means VoIP and network engineering at Jivetel: tracing a bad call through SIP and packet captures for healthcare and business clients who can't afford downtime.
After hours it's the same itch pointed at my own ideas: I build software and run a heavy homelab where my own services live in production. Through TK Technology I build websites and handle IT for small businesses.
